Morgann and Ben Wedding

Morgann and Ben and her family contacted Barb and I to consult on their upcoming wedding. When they contacted us, they were only 2 weeks from the wedding and had been trying to find a photographer within their budget but never received any call back or feed back from other photographers that they contacted. Morgann told us that even though they were on a budget, they wanted their wedding to be captured in the best way possible. The wedding was to be simple but elegant.

Barb and I met Morgann and her family on the day of the wedding at her parent’s home. We wanted to capture some early images of her getting ready and having some special intimate photos with her parents and siblings. Morgann did not chose a traditional wedding dress but instead chose a peach and pink colored gown with a veil. Dad was not allowed to see her in her dress, so we accepted the challenge to capture and image of them holding hands behind a door to invoke the emotion of the moment.

Morgann did a reveal to her Dad at the wedding venue. Very raw emotions as Dad saw here for the first time in her dress and broke down emotionally with joy. It was a very beautiful moment for all. Morgann and Ben chose the Golf Club at South-Wind for their ceremony and reception. Morgann and Ben were wonderful to work with and the wedding was spectacular. This was also one of the first weddings I editing mainly in black and white. Congratulations to the both of you on your special day!
